The number one tip I can give regarding taking your own photos for a listing is the importance of verticals and shooting level. I am referring to windows and doors and how the frames need to be perfectly vertical in the shot. Our eyes are trained to see things in that perfectly align space, so being off even by a little bit can make your photo unpleasing to the eye.
