For those professionals using Outlook email and LinkedIn, there is a FREE download to see your LinkedIn contacts in Outlook.
This plugin will help to keep track of your contacts, from the last time you emailed them, scheduled a meeting, as well as their recent activity. As a part of the integration with LinkedIn, your LinkedIn connections will appear in your Outlook contacts as a LinkedIn folder with their contact info and their photo. Once you email them or vice versa, their activity appears at the bottom of your email stream for easy access to their recent activity, what they are reading and their latest status updates. 1
In addition to LinkedIn, Microsoft is in the process of developing plugins for Facebook, Windows Live and Twitter.2 So coming soon you could see all your social networking contacts in Outlook. What an exciting thought!

To get this plugin working for you, here is what you will need:

  • First download the Outlook Social Connector and follow the setup wizard. This will allow you to use the LinkedIn plugin and add other social networking plugins later.
  • Then download LinkedIn for Outlook.

Its that simple! For FREE help getting this working for you call or email us: 208-861-9841 or Valerie@JDaeDesigns.com
